2. Eligibility

To use BoisarProperty.com:

✅ You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that provide false information or violate our policies.

3. Property Listings

A. Property Owner Responsibilities

Ensure all listing details (price, location, amenities, etc.) are accurate and truthful.
You must own the property or have legal authorization to list it.
No duplicate or misleading listings are allowed.
Keep property details updated and remove listings when no longer available.

B. Prohibited Listings

4. No Brokerage Model

BoisarProperty.com does not charge brokerage for property transactions. However:

We do not guarantee rental agreements, sales, or financial transactions between users.
Property owners and buyers are responsible for verifying legal documents and conducting due diligence.
We are not liable for any disputes, fraud, or financial losses arising from property transactions.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to:

❌ Impersonate other users, property owners, or agents.
❌ Use automation, bots, or scraping tools to collect data.
❌ Post offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
❌ Engage in spam, phishing, or any fraudulent activities.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Paid Services & Advertisement Packages

BoisarProperty.com offers paid services such as:

Premium Listings (featured on top of search results).
Ad Spaces for property-related businesses.
Lead Generation Services for property owners and real estate professionals.

Payment Terms:

Payments for premium services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Prices may change at our discretion, and users will be notified in advance.
Any disputed payments must be reported within 3 days of the transaction.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend accounts if users:

Post misleading or duplicate property listings.

If your account is suspended, you will not receive any refunds for active paid services.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes shall be first resolved amicably through customer support.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Palghar courts.
