  • Free listings and basic services are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

A. Duplicate Payments

  • If you have been charged twice for the same service, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

B. Service Not Delivered

  • If a paid service (e.g., premium listing) is not activated within 24 hours of payment, you can request a refund.

C. Incorrect Service Activation

  • If the purchased package does not match what was activated on your account, we will either correct the issue or process a refund.

D. Technical Errors

  • If a technical error on our platform prevents you from using the purchased service, and we are unable to resolve it within 3 working days, you may request a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • If you change your mind after purchasing a paid listing or service.
  • If your property does not receive inquiries or responses.
  • If you provide incorrect property details, images, or contact information.
  • If your listing is removed due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., fraudulent or misleading information).
  • If your listing has already been live for more than 7 days.

4. Refund Process

  • Provide your Order ID, payment details, and reason for refund in the email.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 2 working days via the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your paid listing or service anytime, but refunds will only be provided if eligible under our refund policy.
